Hu’s Art Farm is located in a serene rural setting at Coatesville. This unique venue is centrally located between the Northern and Northwestern Motorway, close to amenities yet you feel far from town. It's an ideal spot for day conferences and planning sessions.Easy to get to but far enough away to be focussed and indisturbed.
The villa offers a number of different options from small corporate retreats, team workshops, larger functions, product launches or photoshoots.
The gallery space on the ground floor is 10x12 metres, giving a large blank space to create a unique function. There is a smaller room located off the gallery for breakout. Both spaces have the use of our bar and outdoor area.
Upstairs is a separate space with a large kitchen and open plan dining/lounge. This is the perfect spot for day conferences and retreats and can comfortably hold up to 16 people.
Additionally, There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for accommodation of up to 11 people.
The farm grounds offer a lovely walk to the lower pond and dock. Grounds can be used for team building activities and events subject to approval.
Prices:
Upstairs - kitchen, lounge, dining space: $650.00 per day (excludes bedrooms and gallery)
Downstairs - gallery, media room, bar area and outdoor area: $1000.00 per day
Downstairs (as above) plus use of grounds to the bottom pond: $1300.00 per day
Overnight Stay - From $700.00 to $1,050.00 per night. Includes all upstairs and bar. (Excludes gallery)
Overnight Stay: Including all accommodation, gallery, media room, bar and grounds: $2,500.00 per night.

We can recommend caterers or you can arrange your own.
AV:
We can recommend AV companies for your meeting, conference and event requirements.
Parking Options:
There is ample parking out the front of the villa for small groups and an additional parking area at the back for larger functions fitting approximately 40 cars.
