Refurbished and modernised to meet the expectations of corporate visitors and guests, the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre, managed by a trust, is committed to social responsibility, re-investing significant sums into the community each year.

The venue offers 17 purpose-built venues, most with beautiful lagoon views, plus a 400 seat Theatre with a total capacity for 1300 delegates.

Support rooms provide facilities for media, committees, convention offices and hospitality suites.

With 148 accommodation rooms comprised of eight different room types ranging from twin Bureau Rooms to Presidential Suites, Waipuna is the perfect option for residential conferencing.

Located just 25 minutes from Auckland CBD and five minutes from Sylvia Park, come and conference among two and half hectares of picturesque parkland and lagoon surroundings without losing the convenience of an inner city location.

Daily Delegate Packages available from $74.99 including GST per person (minimum required numbers of 20 delegates) including venue hire and full day catering.

For smaller groups a room hire fee applies and catering can be ordered as required.

Wellingtons Restaurant and Bar offers Buffet and A La Carte options for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Conference catering is currently:
Arrival tea/coffee - $4.99pp
AM tea or PM tea with one food item - $7.99pp
Buffet lunch - $33.00pp
Extensive dinner and canape menus are available too.

Full technical assistance is available through our preferred supplier and all events are quoted specifically for individual requirements.

The Waipuna Hotel, overlooking the beautiful Panmure Lagoon, offers the perfect venue for stylish private events, weddings and functions. The design of our event suites, coupled with plentiful natural lighting create the ideal location for your wedding, birthday or special celebration and our recently refurbished, neutral décor will compliment any theme or colour palette allowing you to create something special that is uniquely yours.

With expertise, planning and preparation we will ensure your event runs smoothly allowing you to relax and enjoy the occasion with your friends and family.

Catering from 20 people for an exclusive formal plated dinner through to 250 people for a festive buffet dine and dance, we have a range of function spaces to suit all needs and requirements.
